Purpose of data collection:
The data is used exclusively to provide the online service, i.e., to register, log in, and make settings.
3. Cookies
We do not use analytics or marketing cookies and do not use third-party services, nor do we transmit any data to third parties. We use a cookie "sec_token" to detect fraud attempts or automated login attempts. When you register and log in successfully, a cookie "sid" is created so you don't have to enter your password on every page.
4. Data Sharing with Third Parties
We do not share personal data with third parties. When end users use our web application, no personal data is stored; rather, it is anonymously recorded how often and what was clicked. We provide this data to our customers. We never store personal data of end customers.
5. Data Security
All our communication is SSL encrypted. Passwords are one-way encrypted with SHA-256. Our entire infrastructure for EU customers is in Germany.
6. Data Retention Period
If a customer creates an account or is invited, the email address is deleted after 72 hours if the customer does not confirm their email address or invitation. If a user creates an account, confirms it, and sets up an online store to manage on our platform, personal data will only be deleted once the contract period is completed.
7. User Rights
Every user can check their account to see what personal data we have stored about them or their company. We do not maintain any additional data in other systems. If there is no ongoing contract, the user can delete their account at any time.
